A 45minute Online Phone Call with Emily, the Owner of Chemily's Cakes. In this session will we go over all the basic cake tips you need to create a beautiful stacked cake. I will share with you all my knowledge on the basics of stacking and help you to feel more confident when stacking. You will also be provided with PDF download after your session which will go over the basics of stacking - however please do have a pen and paper to hand when you attend our session. The aim of these sessions is to help you improve your confidence in areas which you may feel you need help with. Therefore these sessions are for any level of baker, from hobby bakers, to beginners and even to those wanting to potentially start a wedding cake business and need some guidance. When you have made your booking, I will contact you with a pre-session questionnaire for you to fill out. This is so that I can get to know a little about you and what you would like to improve on. Important Information: Please note these Online 1-1 Sessions are ONLY available to UK (English Speaking) residents at this moment in time. Do not book if you reside outside of the UK. If you do book and do not live in the UK you will be re-funded but a processing fee of £5.00 will be charged. Please note there are some topics which cannot be covered due to me being a Buttercream Cake Designer. The topics which cannot be discussed are as follows: - Fondant Cakes/Covering - Sugar Flowers Please understand that I am a self-taught baker and I am simply sharing my knowledge I have learnt over the many years of baking and being in the wedding industry. These sessions are designed to help improve your skills only. Please also note these sessions are only available to UK customers at the present time.
